Dr. Michael A. Anderson: The founder of Foundations, is a board-certified psychiatrist with strong ties to the Wichita Falls community. He is the Chemical Dependency Director at Red River Hospital. Well-rounded training in both pharmacological and psychotherapy gives him unique abilities to not only diagnose various mental disorders, but to help also illuminate underlying conscious and unconcious motivations for "why we do what we do!"

Dr. Anderson also has specialized experience in the area of addiction treatment and is DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) licensed for the outpatient treatment of opioid dependence ("pain killers") using Suboxone. With close ties to local hospitals, Dr. Anderson treats patients requiring inpatient care, as well as outpatient appointments.

Tori J. Hicks, MSN, FNP: Born in Wichita Falls and raised in West Texas. Graduated from Midwestern State University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 1993. Graduated once again from Midwestern State University receiving a Masters of Science in Nursing in 2008.

She has 15 years of experience as an RN in Psychiatry and related fields. Her specialization is in ADHD. She works alongside Dr. Anderson with inpatient and outpatient appointments.

She is a member of the Texoma Nurse Practitioners, Texas Nurse Practitioner Association and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Thomas J. Cleary, LCSW, ACP: Born in Indianapolis, Indiana. Graduated from Cathedral High School in Indianapolis, 1960. Graduated from Marian College receiving a B.A. in Sociology in 1964. Graduated from Indiana University receiving an M.A. in Social Service in 1966. Served 3 years in the U.S. Army as a Social Worker. Employed 2 1/2 years at the Menninger Memorial Adult Hospital as a Clinical Social Worker. Served 17 years in the U.S. Air Force as a Clinical Social Worker. Employed as a Clinical Social Worker at Red River Hospital Adult Unit, Kids First Child and Adolescent Day Hospital. Employed as a Clinical Social Worker at the Family Advocacy Program in the Homes Program as a Treatment Manager for the Domestic Violence Program. Other experiences include employment at Christamore House, a Settlement House in Indianapolis where he was responsible for group therapy with Adolescents.

Practice includes individual, family and group therapy for children, adolescents and adults.

He is married with two biological children and three step-children and four grandchildren.
